travelling on

This is the sand dune at Lancelin.People go sand boarding and 4w driving -we passed on the offer of a sand board ride - too fast for me !

We drove through the Pinnacles . It looks like a moonscape with sandstone formations. It had been raining so the colours were brighter.

Some of the formations are several metres high

In Geraldton this memorial has been erected in memory of HMAS Sydney which went down in 1944 with the loss of hundreds of lives. Very impressive.

We are in Kalbarri now, a beautiful little town off the highway. This computer has accepted the photos so there was nothing wrong with my method .It's been storming along the coast but we're going just fine.

Next time we are in Australia, we have to go to all these places you have described! Haha! I really enjoy your photos and reading about your travels.

God Bless!
