Mandurah Quays is a new development with beautiful views across the marina . Only for the wealthy if you want to live there but very nice for a walk.
The ocean beach is a short drive from David and Sara's. Aiden was frightened by the big waves.
Dave and Sara redid their garden last year and are enjoying it now.The kangaroo paws are giving an amazing show and really attracting the birds.
This is a photo of private jetties along the estuary. They have pulled old houses down and are trying to sell land for $900k for 1/8acre ! This really is a boom town.
